As Trustees, we are responsible for the under-listed amongst other duties:

• Oversee preparation and perfection of the Trust Deed and other security document.
• Work with the Issuing House(s) to achieve timely approval of transactions by the SEC.
• Monitor Issuers’ activities to achieve compliance with the Trust Deed and other relevant transaction documents.
• Compute and ensure accurate and timely payment of coupons and principal.
