We offer a range of Corporate Trust Services to Bond issuers, and our roles include but are not limited to:

a) Protecting the interest of Bondholders by preparing and perfecting Trust Deeds.

b) Payment of Bondholders Principal & Interest entitlements.

c) Ensuring that the Bondholders are paid on due dates.

d) Maintaining and keeping in custody for the duration of the financial obligation, securities used.

e) Convening Meetings, whenever the need arises.

f) Representing Bondholders’ interest and giving necessary approvals/consents.

g) Exercising discretionary powers in the interest of Bondholders.

h) Authorizing waivers and modifications as they deem fit.

i) Rendering periodic reports to the Issuer and the Regulator, e.g SEC.
